01 Initial Consultation
Once you make contact with us via via phone, website/chat box, email, or social media, we will discuss your requirements including pool type and size and any site limitations (access, services, slopes etc). At this stage, any additional information which you can provide will be beneficial including any knowledge of services or building designs/plans.
02 Site Visit
Site Visit – we we collect some information about the site including carrying out a dial before you dig check, we will arrange to see the site and take measurements, photos to help us provide an accurate quotation. We will also discuss filtration, tiles, fencing and water type (mineral vs fresh water)
03 Quotation
we will issue you will a quotation to carry out the works
04 Approval to proceed
Once you approve the quotation, we will initiate the design of the pool and a contract to formalise our engagement.
05 Concept Design
An initial design will be completed and sent to you to review. The design can be adjusted to suit any feedback you have.
06 Final Design
Once all feedback has been taken on board, the final design will be issued and we will commence planning for the construction phase.
07 Council Approvals
we will organsie all required approvals and liaise with the relevant local authority where required.
